Sale-A-Bration Blog Hop with ESAD!
YAY! Sale-A-Bration (SAB) is here! It’s the very best time of the Stampin’ Up! year! And this year it’s even better – not only can you get free stampsets, but there is also some DELICIOUS Designer Series Paper (DSP), and gorgeous ribbons and brads. Just spend NZ$120, and you can choose from the fabulous selection in the SAB brochure.
And today, being the first day of Sale-A-Bration, we at ESAD have a special treat to get those creative juices flowing – a blog hop! You may have come here from checking out Monique Fielder’s beautiful creations, or you may be a regular visitor here – either way, welcome, and enjoy!
But first, let me tell you what ESAD is!
ESAD stands for “Extra Special Australasian Demonstrators” and it is an on-line group just for Australian and New Zealand Stampin Up demonstrators.
We so love what we do and not only do we love to share it with our customers, friends, and wonderful blog visitors, but we share our love for what we do with each other as demonstrators. We run swaps, challenges, tutorials, product know-how, and cyberstamps, and we are always there to help and support each other when it is needed.
So if you are a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator located in Australia or New Zealand, then please feel free to click here to join our wonderful group.
Now for my project! It is my Mum’s birthday today, and on Sunday we gathered as a family to celebrate her. I had bought her some Pandora charms for her bracelets, and wanted to make a pretty box for them. So I made this one, (using a pattern by Kirsten Brown on UStamp with Dawn and Friends), using the fabulous SAB DSP and a piece of SU! window sheet. But it didn’t look right just throwing the charms in the box by themselves, so I stamped some tissue paper using one of the cute new SAB stampsets, too. I thought it look great with the matching DSP!
And I made a card to go with it:
It’s so easy using the Stampin’ Up! markers (here I used Poppy Parade and Lucky Limeade, to match the paper), to colour your stamp with the separate colours, then ‘huff’ on them to moisten the ink, then stamp!
(I also made Mum a boxed set of cards, but you can come back tomorrow to see them – they’re not part of SAB!)
To continue the blog hop, go and visit the very talented Felicity Fernandez. Thank you for visiting – have a wonderful day!
PS. Happy Birthday, Mary! We love you!

I especialyy love the tissue paper stamped. The birthday card is beautiful. Does did you do tehe oval piece in the middle. IS the single flower from the same set?
Hi Liz – the oval piece is an embossing folder, and the single flower comes from the Blessed Mother stampset. Thank you for your comment!
Yes I did love the special packaging for my Pandora charms, lucky me. (And the Pandora charms of course)’
