Soon I’ll switch to Father’s Day mode….. but last week, I made these little creations.
These were originally intended for my Mum, as I was flying down to visit her post-surgery yesterday. BUT…. her operation was postponed last minute, so I have more time now to make her an even more beautiful gift!
So I’ll share these in the meantime. This is a box fashioned in the matchbox style, and a lip balm holder. I got the pattern for the lip balm purse on SUDSOL (Simply Unique Demonstrators Sharing On Line), and the box pattern was in a magazine I got out of the library.
Both projects use Pink Pirouette and Close to Cocoa cardstock, and there are a few punches used there too – Boho Blossoms, both Tag punches, and the Round Tab punch. The stamp on the tag is from Cottage Garden, and the patterned paper on the lip balm holder is from the Candy Lane pack. This, and all the other Designer Series Paper (DSP), will be retiring in just two weeks.
