Happy Mothers Day!

Good morning and Happy Mothers Day! It’s a wonderful day here in Auckland, New Zealand – we’ve woken to a dry morning!

I have a quick share today. First the card I made for Nige’s Mum (and also taught at Stamp Club this month):

I got the tutorial for this (and a whole lot of other things) from Jenny, in the UK.

And here is what my gorgeous kids did for me for Mothers Day. It’s so cool that they’re now at an age where they can make their own cards and pictures, and not rely on Daddy to do it for them. James did the fabulous pansies from crepe paper and wrote a beautiful letter to go with it, and Ollie made the card (believe me when I say there was more glitter in his hair that there was on the card. Boys! 🙂

I hope you have a wonderful day too – big hugs for all the Mums!

Those are very snappy pansies that James made, and Oliver’s card looks like a beautiful poppy.

Love the artwork! Looks like they are as creative as their mother 😉
