A Christening, and Some Sad News

Back in February, I shared this story with you, about my Navy colleague Ben Revell, and his family. Yesterday was baby Luisa’s christening, on the flight deck of the frigate HMNZS TE MANA – a wonderful day that brought Ben and Malia’s families together, along with the Navy, to celebrate their beautiful daughter.

Of course, I made them a card, something very clean and simple:

Then sadly, Ben passed away early this morning.

RIP, gorgeous man. You don’t have to suffer any more.

So special that Ben was able to be at his daughter’s christening but very sad at his passing. As you say, at least he’s not suffering any more. Kind thoughts and prayers to you all at this difficult time. Such a pretty card Bron.
